Which state would be the best choice for registering the company:

Nevada, Wyoming, Florida, or New Mexico...

What would be your bet?

Why are you forming a US LLC? What benefits do you see?

Wyoming might excel at asset protection, whereas New Mexico usually offers the greatest privacy. Florida has more of a believable business sector. An LLC in Miami might look less suspicious than an LLCs formed somewhere in the wilderness if Wyoming or deserts of Nevada and New Mexico.

In terms of banking, there's not much difference. Banks, EMIs, crypto exchanges, et cetera that understand and accept US LLCs usually don't discriminate by state.

Without further details, the question is unanswerable. But chances are it doesn't make a difference anyway.

If you are a nonresident alien and you don't have US-based operations (fixed place of business, relevant business activities, etc.) you will hardly have nexus to any state (but this must be analyzed further depending on what you want to do).

You also need to ascertain whether it is preferable to treat your LLC as a disregarded or regarded entity for federal income tax purposes (under the tax laws of your country of residence).

And, depending on the services you want to offer, you also need to consider whether you will have to register for OSS in the EU for VAT purposes (if you provide B2C services).

In other words, you need to take a look into a few things before forming a U.S. LLC...
