Verifying Meta / Facebook Business in UK - proof of telephone

Did anyone try verifying Meta Business account for a UK company? I'm trying to complete verification with them so I can get full access to Whatsapp Business API.

I have a virtual office address, and proof of address using Wise statement. However its difficult to get proof of telephone number: all my numbers are with VOIP service providers. Providers like Zadarma only issue invoices for balance top ups but don't mention specific numbers I'm paying for.

Do you know any cheap online service for getting numbers and invoice that states company name and phone number that I'm paying for?

Will DID issue invoice specifying the number I'm paying for and my company name?

I'm not entirely certain. You can open a company account and IIRC, they will invoice the company. Ask them if you want to be sure.
