Let's say you open obe anon google account in some random jurisdiction over vpn, but you need the payment method on your account forthepurposeofG PlayStore and so forth... I think that Google is playing cat&mouse game and wants the card number from that particular jurisdiction. Are there any VCC numbers that will work regardless of jurisdiction and of which provider?
