Thanks to the help on my other questions.

I have noted that virtual offices are a common and cost effective way of setting up a presence in a country where the costs of a full local office and staff don't make sense. I was wondering however about the tax implications of setting up a virtual office in say Singapore or Hong Kong and whether the local authorities require you to register as a foreign entity if you use the virtual office address in your day to day operations of the company (eg establishing the location as residency of the company outside of BVI etc). Anyone have any insights on this or am I over thinking this?

Most often you register with your own name or any company at these Virtual Office services, really no problem. You won't be tax liable just because your company is registered there.
