VISA virtual debit cards for UAE company

Hi everyone

I have several Paypal accounts associated with a UAE company that I would like to liquidate.

Unfortunately I can't associate the same payment method or even remove the debit card and replace it on different paypal accounts, so I was thinking about a banking solution that would offer me the possibility of creating virtual VISA cards.

It is quite easy to find similar solutions for companies incorporated in Europe, but for UAE companies it is quite difficult.

Tried airwallex, icard, genome, wise, intergiro, but none of them work with UAE companies.

Does anyone have any suggestions for this?

If any bank introducer can help I will be happy to pay his fee.

Unfortunately nomo offers Mastercard virtual card. I need VISA.

Have you tried Payoneer?
They work with UAE companies and do offer some card - but not sure if it will work. And also their fees are quite high.

What's your budget for the introducer (you can PM me if you don't want to post this in public)?
