They provide their service worldwide but they are also on some kind of piracy blacklist as well, because they are providing their services to some shady companies.

Quite difficult to reach them when there is a problem. Quite difficult to settle your funds, and overall VERY unresponsive. My acceptance rate, on a SVG broker was good at the beginning but dropped to under 35% eventually. I tried Vogue, epay, rave (this ones applied a 25k fine claiming is from VISA but wouldn`t release any communication and they decided not to settle any funds even if i asked them to close the account and settle everything - 180 days passed long ago from the last successful transaction.).

Overall, i wouldn`t recommend vogue, unless you are out of options. I might be able to help with some payment solutions for high risk so, if interested, PM me
