Our valued sponsor

warning of Sterling Payment Services Limited sterlingsafepayment.com

Dear community!

On behalf of our company we'd like to warn everybody who intend to initiate any kind of partnership with Sterling Payment Services (Sterling).

Few month ago we opened a business account out there and subsequently encountered to permanent delays in processing our outgoing transactions. All our payment orders were put on hold and we couldn't even withdraw or transfer those funds to our alternate corporate accounts. Eventually we faced a huge cash gap due to few thousand K EUR to be frozen on our account. It cost us huge financial and reputational expenses since we weren't able to fulfill our contract obligations towards our counterparties. Our business activity was just about to be blocked.

We took numerous attempts to resolve that issue with Sterling's managers and owners and frankly speaking they approved first tranche for 40K EUR to be released. We considered that step rather promising and decided to wait for a while until Sterling would consolidate the rest of funds for payment. However since that all our further requests and appeals have been ignored cynically by their management.

We take all the utmost efforts to resolve that issue in the most positive manner for the both sides but they're not leaving any chance to us. We just want our funds back!

If anybody has already faced the same issues and has some helpful information please don't hesitate to contact me.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Catherine and I am the Head of Customer Support Service here at Sterling.

Apologies for the delay in coming back to you regarding your earlier message here - please note my team monitors public forums on regular yet time-permitting basis.

Due to security reasons, we can only discuss account-specific details with the actual verified owner of the account. Could you please email me at [email protected] and I will look into your enquiry and direct it to the relevant person as soon as possible?

For the respected participants of this thread, I would like to clarify that Sterling is legally obliged to conduct account reviews when certain criteria is met in accordance with international, internal and AML policies. Funds may be frozen for the duration of a possible investigation however they are never 'lost'. Our Customer Support Service and our Account Managers are always happy to provide more in-depth information on case-by-case basis.

Should you have any further questions please direct your enquiries to [email protected] or email me directly at [email protected].

Yours respectfully,
Catherine

Всем привет! После общения с менеджером компании Стерлинг, нам удалось решить вопрос! Стерлинг полностью с нами расчитался! Чего и всем желаю!

Hi all! After talking with the manager of Sterling, we managed to resolve the issue! Sterling paid us off completely! What I wish for everyone!

I have to say that the Sterling Company lives up to its obligations. They have difficulties with payments, but they solve all problems.

Only Sokosta could help us

@alek9898 They have another model:
You start working and receiving funds than for some reason they block you and start asking questions.

1) If there are "good" funds you are answering questions and they refund you a small part. Then ignore...
2) If you have "bad" funds you will never see them

As I understood you have more than 100k, so in your case I think the best you will have is around 20k and for this 20k they will ask you to write everywhere that problem is solved, etc (you can see messages like this above and mine too (The true story of cooperation with Sterling payments and Bizonex)). After that, they will keep ignoring you or will offer to sign the settlement agreement and then ignore you.

P.S. I think to get fully refunded you need to bring clients with funds to them.
P.S.S. his telegram - @sokosta
Good luck

Hello,

Your mail look like crazy for me I never hear a bank can put pressure on your own money, and give you only 20% of your funds.... its crazy...

For sure my fund is clear, so no word on this step....

I will try to contact Sokosta and we will see...

thank you

You need to file an application with the Police, the Financial Regulator and go to court. Discussions do not give anything, already the 6th case and the result is no refund everywhere.

Sent, didn’t reach, returned, send other details, change the amount, reduce the amount, increase the amount, it doesn’t work in this currency, try another currency, it’s not possible to send to this country, we can sepa, the funds ran out for sepa, the swift turned on, the swift is already turned off, we bought a new bank, until we earned accounts in a new bank, we had to sell the bank and .......

The casino always wins :(

Wow! I have an account with Sterling, but never put a lot of money through it because I was too busy! OCT saved my *SS! Wow! I've been here for months and never thought to look up Sterling.

I am going to make a list in Excel of all my bank accounts, search them here, and add links to the positive and negative feedback cells. This is mindblowing.

PS. Best €95 I've ever spent! What a cheap insurance premium :p

Hi everyone! Unfortunately, our company is also on the list of those scammed by Sterling. Since August 31 of this year, not a single payment in euros or dollars has been debited and sent to the recipient. At first, Sterling's manager said that the problem was on the correspondent bank's side, then after a week of discussing options for solving the situation, he simply stopped contacting. Support does not respond to emails. The total amount of funds stuck on sterling is more than 10k euros and 45k dollars.
We are not ready to give up and are looking for solutions, but for those who are just starting to work with this company, or are planning to transfer large turnovers there, I want to say: "Be careful!"

This company is a scam and it was inevitable to happen for you. Unfortunately, people don't do enough research before they start their banking relationships.
