What business if you have an office with 20 + employees?

My sister lives in the Philippines and she is the owner of a data center with 20+ employees. She offers service to the Philippine Gov (Data entry, etc).

What kind of online business / Service would you run if you could have 20+ employees working like for free?

Remote book keeping including scanning of invoices.
You sell a service where the people will do your bookkeeping and sort digital invoices for you.
