I have just placed my order and don't understand the requirements to get my company.

Are the requirements:

1 Bank Statement in English, certified by our company to be true copy

1 passport copy, certified by notary in English

OR

1 Utility bill in English, certified by our company or notary to be a true copy

1 Passport copy certified by a notary to be a true copy

Not sure, why will you certify the documents?

They need to be certified by a Notary, accountant or law firm.

Client Identification

The minimum standard will require the customer to provide copies of the following documents sufficient to establish his / her identity, address and legitimacy:

(a) Current Passport

(b) National Identity Card (only if a passport is not available)

© Current full valid driving license (only if a passport or National Identity Card is not available)

(d) A recent utility bill and bank statement

The documents need to be certified to be a True Copy by a notary, law firm or accounting firm.

Oh, I was informed that we have to certify the documents to be true
hmmm, who has told you that?

It has always been so that it has to be a notary, law form / attorney or accountant.

Why does it need to be certified to be true copy? I don't understand why for company formation only?
