What EMI provider to use to exchange BTC to EUR & US$ ?

After the mess with AdvCash and them to have lost MasterCard I need to get some new way to withdraw my btc to euro!

Is there anyone who know about a similar service as AdvCash or Xapo but that still work with their debit card?

I need to be able to exchange my current BTC's so revolut and similar services are not an option.
