What equivalent to Advcash(with Bitcoin)

Hello,

As Advcash cards don't work anymore, I am searching for an equivalent in a safe country that will not "give" the informations to an EU country(I am not a ,"high profile" person, it would not be like 500 000$ but more like 5000) and that can accept BTC to be added?

Edit: Some tried cgbanque.io, apparently they accept Bitcoin, I asked them, they say "Good day! We provide our clients with absolute confidentiality. We are not CRS compliant. And yes you can have cryptocurrency wallet, convert and withdraw. ", their minimal deposit is 1000$
