What's going on in Cyprus?

I was considering visiting Cyprus this summer.. Still thinking about transferring my residency next year. I've noticed however they require 2 PCR tests, 1 before the flight and 1 after the flight, self quarantine when you arrive, and it seems that in order to go out there, you need to be whether vaccinated, or do the pcr test every 3 days.

End of freedom for Cyprus? Anyone there to tell us his opinion?

For passengers arriving from many countries the UAE has similar rules, like many Caribbeans. Nothing to do with the EU
