Whats your thoughts about Payoneer now?

For symmetry with the thread with its main competitor, and since opinions about payoneer are surprisingly sparse, in this forum, i thought of opening this thread.
What are your thoughts, as of 2020, about payoneer regarding
- quality of service
- fees
- reputation, trust
- features
- downsides, especially when compared to the competition

As far as i understood, their EU IBAN is provided by a gibraltar bank?

Payoneer just allow their sluggish customer service and kinda old pattern to allow need generation focused EMI to begin to blaze the trail. Their reputation is still top notch, good fees downside is that they are not innovative enough for the emerging market and TW (though slighly different service) is giving them an uncontestable run
