when forming offshore company docs need to be notarized?

Some require you to get the documents notarized while others don't. It depends a little on which agent you are asking.

Most agent's require you to provide the following docs:
- company names
- business description
- passport copy
- utility bill not older then 3 months
- source of funds

Some are even require you to provide certification to proof the documents are original.

I do not know why but in my country it is forbidden by the law to notarize passport copies. Which agent is ok with scanned copies only?
What country are you from if you don't mind? Usually you can get it done by a lawyer or notary service. So far I have not heard of that before. Anyway contact @auric if it is a real problem he may be able to help you ;)

For a Belize company I need Certified or Notarized copy of Passport + Proof or Residence.
For a St. Kitts company I need Scanned copy of Passport + Proof of Residence.
