I'm in the same situation.

If you do not mind ever changing regulations + you have the ability to preserve some flexibility in your lifestyle, you might consider looking into Georgia. The beneficial tax system will change some time in the future but for now it is still o.k. . Certainly not a high-cost jurisdiction over here.

The profit from selling shares is exempt for both, non-dom and normal residents.
