Which online stock brokers allow EU people to buy stocks in them?

There are several "free" / "zero commission" brokers very similar to Robinhood - available for UK and German residents only, with a bit of googling you'll find them.

For the rest of Europe there are perhaps Degiro and Revolut.

Each country also usually has local brokers which give you access to the local/regional stock exchange, these brokers are usually associated with the local banks.

Revolut doesn't have Irish Domiciled stocks, so it sucks also.
Degiro I think doesn't allow some countries that are needed.
