will pay for a setup

I want to use ebay to sell software, once finished the winning bidders will be emailed the link to the web page where they can pay with paypal for my item or send a money order etc etc. if payed by paypal, I would like it to be verified and an email sent to them with a link(s) and download instructions. It's pretty simple, but I know very little of this sorta thing and have been doing it manually for the past year and I am tired of it. My web host is valueweb.net and supports numerous scripting languages so you take your pick which way you would like to do it.could you tell me what to do?
