Will Stripe/Paypal report accounts based in another country?

Hello,
I have 2 companies one in Dubai and another one in my country of residence.
Paypal/Stripe accounts are both opened with same passport in both countries.
Any chance that they report to my country of residence that I have other accounts opened with same passport in Dubai?
