Withdraw USD From PayPal in Europe w/out the Hefty Conversion Rate

Hello

I'm selling services in USD. My balance is mainly in USD. How can I withdraw money from my PayPal account (I got accounts in the UK and Romania) without having to convert to GBP or RON (2-3%) and then convert it back (another 2-3%) to USD (Bank account & Cards are in USD)

Any help with this?

Withdraw to a usd bank account in USA.
You might have to call PayPal to add an amarican bank account if you don't have the option in PayPal.

Does it work with all countries? (Does it work with UK PayPal? do you have any experience with any specific EU country?)

It's supposed to work for the UK, but I've read that this option is not available online, you need to call them to link the account the first time.
It works for other western and Asian countries.

Do you see the option to link a usa bank account online in UK or Romania pp?
