Thanks - how about a good non-western (usa/eu/uk/canada/australia) online broker with access to mutiple markets in Asia (China, Singapore, India etc)?

There might be a very limited amount of Russian individual stocks on these exchanges. But that's in general a good question. (not 100% sure)
