Used rimuut, winglio and rent-a-company in the past for smaller amounts (every time under 10k) and would recommend in that order. Rent-a-company has horrific UX and customer support, but I really doubt any of them will handle your volume. You have to reach out and clarify it before using them.

They will never accept $3m. Nor will any of the other services like it such as Xolo. You need to plan your scam better
