Help with US LLC

I need some advice on forming a US LLC. So I’ve got a company in Sweden at the moment and I’m moving it to a Wyoming LLC since I moved out of Sweden.

Here are my questions:
1. For the RA where they ask for my address, is there an option if I want to keep my address private, meaning that not even my RA has my location?

2. What RA would you recommend, I’ve currently got company in balance on my Swedish company, is there a way to get that money out without paying the taxes? (The money is from 2025 so tax report hasn’t been sent in yet)

3. What RA would you recommend since for example NorthWest has a really long time for acquiring an Ein.

4. Last question, should I open the US LLC under my Swedish Passport or under the passport I’ve got currently?

Any help would really be appreciated.

1. No, because of Wyoming Statutes § 17‑28‑107(a)(v)(B)
2. No , you can't get the money out legally without paying tax .

4. Use the passport, which is lower risk.

I’ve never been asked to show my passport when setting up LLCs.

You can lie (no one at the RA checks anyway) or get a PO box/mail forwarding address, as some RAs will send physical packages to you.

This is like two questions in one. Are you looking for RA recommendations or are you asking about tax?

That can have more to do with the IRS than with the RA.

Most RAs won't ask about it.

This is like two questions in one. Are you looking for RA recommendations or are you asking about tax?

Honestly both, I mainly forgot to seperate the two questions.

That can have more to do with the IRS than with the RA.

Not really since the RA’s have some state the time as like 3-5 work days while some say 3-5 weeks.
