It is a company based in Hong Kong that advertise a lot on youtube and Google adwords.

One of my customer had ordered a company formation. Here is the "review" of offshorecompanycorp.com
It looks like they have written fake comments all over the internet. You can see on the homepage of their website, 2 comments posted in 2015 on the same day at shopper approved which are obviously fake.

While the list of required documents were listed on the company formation order page, they ask for additional required documents just after payment. Those required documents were not part of the listed required documents.

After checking my customer website they asked him to provide the papers of the company that already owned the website. However, his order had nothing to do with this company.

After he complied, they asked him to send his personal tax statement to them. He said he will not do it and they didn't refund the money. In fact, Offshore comp corp has written terms of service that says that there is no refund 3 days after ordering.

That's what happen if one incorporate a business with an operation that simply don't know what they are doing. They are fast in taking payments but slow to support and back up the order after payment!

If you look at some of the pricing that they advertise on google AdWords, it doesn't tally with that you pay. They advertised HK as US$399 but you will pay US$680. Not sure why Google let it through.
What they advertise and what they actually charge are two different things. The companies that advertise on ADwords tend to operate with hidden fees!!

I registered with another provider. I like honest vender, even it is marginally more expensive, is ok. Of course, things like courier and notarisation, is additional. But I don't need to appear in front of notary public and get it done.

I would like to second Auric and pinpoint that there is nothing such as a cheap & fast offshore company formation. In ALL the advertisements that we can see online, no prices are the right ones. For me, expensive means above 2500 euros.

Not right to say that as there are ethical vendors as well. Just that there are jokers that spoiled the market. What I don't like are those showed have the price without showing the other half. I am not talking about adding in additional things like nominee service. That I understand is an additional charge. Actually if you think, I can find a few that is priced lower than www.offshorecompanycorp.com. Not difficult at all. What is the big deal?

you got your company or where did this go?

What did you pay for the company and where did you incorporate your business?

I decided to incorporate a Seychelles Company, I paid US$650 for it. Plus opening of a bank account, I paid additional US$400 for it. The service provider threw in the certificate of incumbency for all I paid. To speed things up, I asked them to help me to notarize my documents for incorporation and the opening of a bank account at a later stage.

How much you all charge for all these?

That's clear, by why do you need a certificate of incumbency? Who has asked for it or told you that you need it for a new company?

Remote account opening is possible with most banks except HK and Sitzerland it seems :)

The bank that I want to open an account asked for it. Usually for those that is less than a year old company they asked for a certificate of incumbency and those above a year old they ask for a certificate of good standing. You know any bank that doesn't require a certificate of incumbency when opening a bank account? Can recommend?
