I pay around 110/120$ a month in fee and yes the Bulgarian company pay me in USD.

I charge them nearly $800 per month.

In Pakistan there is no tax on foreign remittance income.

VAT is not necessary, it's better to bill them perhaps from a country that doesn't require vat, that's why I thought to Delaware but I'm not an expert....

Because Bulgaria tax authority doesn't allow to deduct expenses from a freelancer from Pakistan (I don't provide a tax id no.) neither from an offshore company like Seychelles.

I send them an invoice via upwork and they pay it by debit card or bank transfer but they are ok because the invoice is in the name of upwork (USA) not in my name.
