A bank without a SWIFT code is defiantly a NO GO - if the bank has both a SWIFT and IBAN account's it is preferable.

Yeah always visit the agent that want to incorproate your offshore company, also even if you only have to pay $100 for the 15 pages you receive then it is better to visit them and spend $2000 to travel to the other end of the earth... lol

Who needs to register a company through a Vanuatu lawyer? there are endless possibilities to register the company for a few hundred $$ with one of the many offshore agency services around.
