Seems OP is busy with his business ;) I can't imagine any troubles when you register a Cyprus Company for your Internet Marketing business or any other Internet based business. You get all what most seek, privacy, low tax, Merchant account and even option to accept PayPal.

I don't believe Delaware to be that bad but it depends on what business you are into. I had a good experience using a Delaware corp for credit Card processing purpose only. Got a tax consultantent to help me to transfer the Money out to an offshore corp. for further spendings.

Sure no problem to do so. Just start with the Cyprus Company and transfer the shares later on to your Holding in Seychelles!

To complicated and to much trouble to get a Company incorporated with them. They have specilized in huge setups and you need to have Deep pockets otherwise go for a different offshore Company formation agent that can do it as good as they can but cheaper!

The easiest but not cheapest way is to go for a Cyprus Company formation with bank account in Cyprus. You go and open a 2co account and not you have a complete solution, with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and many other payment options for your business. And regardless what crap you read around.. YES...

It may not be a problem to find any Trading platform for stocks, currencies and similar to where you can transfer Money from your offshore corporate account to. The winnings can most often be paid back to the offshore account! You may want to find some of the more "shady" brogerage firms to do that.

You just don't forget to report it to your tax office. Otherwise it may be illegal in your country!

As far as I remember from the past membership I had for the mentor group you have put a lot useful information in these forums right @Admin ?

Personally it has been working good for me with Belize, Cyprus, Bahamas and Mauritius for offshore banking!

I don't believe it to be unusually for any US citizens to open an account in the Bahamas or what you think?
