Anyone else having Problems with Heritage Int. Bank / Belize currently?

Thank you, I did read those already, including the Mega-Thread about the AIB (where I got very, very lucky and avoided disaster). I did seem to miss Suzi's comment where she said they lost their corresponding bank. That's to bad, also not the first time. Will wait and see.

Puerto Rico bank account for offshore llc?

ok, so I have been talking to some consultants, and they are telling me the following: ... best way to proceed is to open the SOMEWHERE LLC and then foreign register that LLC in Florida. This will allow you to open a US bank account ... I researched the 'foreign qualification' and imo it's...

Hi, I am just wondering, are there banks in Puerto Rico, who open corporate bank accoutns for offshore LLC? Everywhere I look, its just the EuroPacificBank, but they are not really part of the US banking system. Neither do they have a ABA/Routing Number, nor are the FDIC insured. There are...

what Jurisdiction to incoporate IBC and have bank account

What limitations do you mean? (RAK Offshore) In regards to cost, it's not that bad. somewhere around 2k/year (+/- a few hundred depending on where you go). No annual reports need to be filed, accounts and company needs to be audited but only for the shareholder (so those cost are 'low'...
