Spices=good food? The main use for spices is to cover bad odors from rotting or otherwise inedible food. After some time you get so used to spices that you become unable to taste anything else.
So I would suggest you to spend the $10k on some cuisine courses and on good quality raw ingredients to be cooked properly.

It’s not Italy or France, but the chicken pie can be good. And fortunately England is full of Italian chefs.

Cats diet is different and they eat an infinite amount of times per day and night.

Yes, but he also does not allow investments. So, he would have to buy 20 monthly memberships instead of the lifetime membership as this is an investment in his future.

I would hire 20 refugees to renovate and maintain Shibam buildings. Or maybe plant trees in the desert or clean the ocean from plastic waste...

I'd put $50 of it into Hustler's University; then, after I make the promised millions in month 2, I will reject any further 10k payments.

For the $9950 left, I'd spend this on daily coaching in a sport of my choice to see what level I could reach.

Just go in the street and give to the people in need, or those who play music. Or asking people what is there dream and supporting them achieving it if it's business related (starting a business), giving to orphenages...

i was under impression you are talking about mistresses or girlfriends (which are not actually paid, at least not on paper)
still, even with professional 10k should be plenty, and give you at least 20hrs per month

How about using the extra money to visit galleries, modern and classical, spend time thinking about your house and then start buying paintings, statues etc to make each room special.

Gold coins? Or is that investing? For me, gold is more about security, insurance and to give to your kids in the future.

Yes, supporting charities, but best pick and choose small projects that can be seen and will make a difference. A new classroom, building, lab etc for a school. Clothes for the orphanage, wells and water vats for small communities, solar panels for isolated villages.... NEVER give cash! It will disappear. Not large organisations that send stuff to African ports that then gets stolen by the local Mafia.
