Accountant for UAE Setup

Is anyone able to recommend a legit accountant who can help setup a company in UAE and assist with bookkeeping and annual filing etc?

Not looking to be treated as just another number by some huge firm. A smaller more personable company would be preferred. Google just doesn’t seem like the best way to find a reliable option, but maybe I’m not looking hard enough. Any recommendations for where to find someone or what to look for when inquiring to make sure they’re legit?
