That's why the limit on card is 1EUR initially. The phone number and email is only required for setting up the app and for 2FA for some transactions. It's only a safety measure for your funds. Stay away from any Polish company dealing in crypto. It is a ticking timebomb until either financial authority or prosecutor destroys it wether they have a legitimate reason or not.
