between the united states, canada, australia, and new zealand could there be some kind of international agreement to battle cybercrime when cryptocurrency is used to disguised stolen money by cybercriminals? could such an agreement exist like the five eyes that also included the united kingdom? the five eyes was an intelligence community between all of these five countries.
