So they now confirmed that they will close my account. It is no longer receiving payments, but I can still send money out.
I told them that I don’t want to sell my ETFs and nowhere in their T&C it is stated that they can close an investment portfolio on their initiative.

This ETFs issue makes the case really interesting. And BE is not (at least I hope so) XXXstan where everything is legal and not legal in the same time, according to judge's good mood.

They closed my cash account and wired the money.
Today they liquidated my ETF portfolio.
I will be back under a different identity and I bet it will be all fine.
