And what about incorporating in Gibraltar?

Furthermore, just as a reminder, this directive is only applied to countries of the European Union, not anywhere else. like in the places that we talk about here.....
But Gibraltar belongs to the European Union so we will have to pay attention to it if some want to register a company there.

But now, if there is a nominee director this would be interesting to know it.
Good question, do you know if it is allowed to appoint nominees in Gibraltar at all? I assume they must be exempted from any tax liabilities if so or what do you think?

They also don't accept stone trading, tobacco, wine, spirits, contract soldering, security and riot equipment, technical surveillance, charities, association, ngo. Private educational, web-hosting...

forget it...

A spoiled jurisdiction that does not need to attract customers...
Spoiled yes, thanks for making me aware of it. I will avoid it at all costs.

Gibraltar seems to be the most overlooked offshore jurisdiction by day! Why is that so I read somewhere that they have no benefits any longer offshorewise!
