exodus wallet, but you would still have to wait for the BTC conformation. And you can't change that. No swap service can change that, they all need 1 conformation at least.
Or just hold your funds on an exchange where you can trade BTC/ETH instantly.

Or you can use Binance if it is legal in your country. They have a lot of pairs 0.063350 | ETHBTC | Binance Spot
