looking for the simplest way how to let my debit card debited (automatically) every month - a minimal amount for minimal fee - several cards in EUR, PLN, CZK, HUF
please suggest

You can use a PayPal business account to charge your cards like this:

You may want to be on micro payment fees in order to avoid the flat fee of like 30 cents:

Alternatively, you can set up monthly top up of prepaid SIM cards. The are plenty that you can use to charge only 25 cents per month.

Very convenient to avoid LH miles expiration with the cheap credit cards.
