Bank of Cyprus application declined, other alternatives?

Hi,

I have a Cyprus company, with local direction, I am from another EU country myself.
Bank of Cyprus just rejected the bank application for the company
The company is doing online performance marketing, nothing illegal or sketchy, but apparently Bank of Cyprus does not like this activity.

Is there any other banking alternatives I can try?

You may try with some of the EMI providers or as well RCB bank in Cyprus and even setup a real office somehow in Cyprus to get an account. It should be well possible.

I tried LeoPay, which also rejected my application, after a lot back and forth with sending docs, etc.

Which EMI is best? I currently have an account with MisterTango, but I've read that you should be careful with EMIs and CRS/AEOI, as they report to your resident country, and not the country which the company is registered in, is that right? My goal is not to avoid taxes (I pay full tax on potential dividends paid to myself), but it would suck to get taxed on the companys income in my local country because the money is held in an EMI.

What business have you been into? I have approved Bank of Cyprus account. They never made me any troubles!

Almost all banks of cyprus closed their doors to all foreigner owned companies....What about an EMI or an account in Paxum Bank....I'm opening an account with them for my Wyoming LLC...That could work for you too
