Bank of Cyprus: Asking questions for opening account

Hi,

I buy existing company to save some time and now when trying to open bank account they ask:
1. Provide proof of address for company
2. Inform from where the company has been performing so far.
3. Please provide the relevant contracts with Paypal and Skrill

My problem:
1. Don't have. I just buy this company
2. What that mean ?
3. Still didn't open Paypal and Skrill. Waiting to bank account.

And on the end of letter: Additionally please note that taking into consideration the nature of business activities of the company and the enhanced due diligence required a minimum yearly review fee of EUR1000.00 will apply (depending on the volume of business channelled and deposits maintained with the bank the said fee may be reduced) in addition to any other charges applied by the bank.

1000 EUR for what?!

Company provide Internet marketing services.
I buy it from agency service.

Why can your agent don't help you with all of this then? Usually they charge a fee for it and you have a hands off solution.

Agent try opening accounts (or told me so) in 5 banks with no success
