Bank required for cyprus company?

Do a cyprus company need an real bank account or allows the law use a Emoney Iban Account like leupay.

The question is because internet marketing is "high risk" HAHAHAHA

You can use any account like LeuPay, WorldCore etc. for the company there is no law that bind you to any "real bank"!
