That is a real estate project developed by the son of the prime minister, quite interesting on paper but still in the early phase. The crypto aspect of it is just an advertising gimmick, all Caribbean islands are crypto friendly.

The island is beautiful but small, there are just a few completed properties on the market. Some large plots are available for commercial development but there is no interest from buyers for now.
Infrastructure is really good for an island of this size.
It is kind of Mustique with a more laid back atmosphere and a feeling of real Caribbean living. And without the annoying constant construction works!

Some real estate can be bought for crypto. Don’t expect to pop up at the dock and be able to buy the catch of the day from the local fisherman with crypto.

Island in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
Stay away from this high risk country
Total nonsense

on islands small as these is there any infrastructure built by the government? like roads, water supply, power grid, GSM... or is it solely about the responsibility of the property owners?
who owns the land? private or state?

Of course it is wise to have your own backups, like a generator, water cistern etc.

At least the other way round has never been a problem for me.
