That is a real estate project developed by the son of the prime minister, quite interesting on paper but still in the early phase. The crypto aspect of it is just an advertising gimmick, all Caribbean islands are crypto friendly. What are the current status of beqia island who was in media for First crypto friendly island ?
The island is beautiful but small, there are just a few completed properties on the market. Some large plots are available for commercial development but there is no interest from buyers for now.Do anyone invested there ?
Some real estate can be bought for crypto. Don’t expect to pop up at the dock and be able to buy the catch of the day from the local fisherman with crypto.Do they still crypto friendly ?

Infrastructure is really good for an island of this size.
