Best company for Affiliate Marketing + Malta Self Sufficient

Hi, I have read many discussions and have not yet come to a conclusion.

I work as an affiliate marketer, I have a self-sufficient residence in Malta and my customers are in the EU, I have no employees or office.

I have evaluated offshore companies or USA LLC or Dubai company, but from what I have read Affiliate Marketing income cannot qualify as passive income. Therefore it is considered as income arising in Malta

1) I am looking for a structure that respects the PE of Malta.
2) Preferably, the company should be able to open bank accounts.

I don't have problems with business costs, do you have any solutions? which structure do you recommend?

Whatever company set up you may decide, you will need to demonstrate enough substance and appropriate apportionment of operations in order for it to stand any tax residency or PE challenge.

Out of curiosity:
- How do you currently work?
- Have company anywhere (back in home country)?
- What's the actual and future projected turnover?

I was also trying to find out pretty much the same thing for my partner and this is the information I've got:
If a foreign company is run/controlled from Malta - the company may/will be considered as tax resident in Malta so all Maltese taxes would apply.

There is no way out of the tax unless you restructure your setup and build substance for the company that you may register in Dubai!
