I use Moneycorp for conversions the other way around EUR to AED. I have 0.018 spread negotiated with them compared to mid market rates that you find on XE.com . But if you would be sending them AED transfer to their UK bank account (their AED is in Barclays UK) then you would pay around AED 100-150 international transfers with OUR charges. You would then need to do the math if it makes sense for you depending on the volume. If you have a business account in UAE, you may call FX trading desk to see what they can offer you. Sometimes I exchanged this way EUR to AED by negotiating the rate with ADCB. Also ADCB has something called Go Trade. If you frequently convert, you can negotiate with them FX margins and do it yourself via their Go Trade platform. But you have to commit to certain volumes per month and the FX spread depends on that volume.
