Best location to incorporate

Hey there,

I'm currently trying to figure out the best place to incorporate.

I'm an Australian who lives in Thailand. I haven't been back to Australia for ~5 years. I am currently paying taxes in Labuan but due to tax changes there are now multiple on-going costs which make this a significantly more expensive option.

I'm trying to figure out where is best for me to incorporate and pay appropriate taxes (so I do not have an issue later on if I decide to move back to Australia in say 5-10 years).

I've been looking at the UAE but my understanding is that I would have to live there in order to gain tax residency benefit.

I would like to learn about a step by step guide that explain how to relocate to the UAE including all basic requirements!

haha! I doubt one exists. I've been reading online and speaking to people who have done something similar and at this point my understanding is that I would need to relocate (which I don't want to do).

This seems to answer my question regarding UAE. "Don't forget you have to reside there for a 180 days to be able to get a tax residence."
