Hello! I'm new here to the forum, and there's so much information here. I'm a bit confused and would like to know if someone could help me with my question or provide a link to a topic where similar questions have been discussed.
I'm trying to get a refund from a non-functional payment system via a compliant procedure. However, I'm not sure where it's best to receive this refund if I manage to get back an amount exceeding $5000 but less than $10000. I need an account in dollars in Europe, but banks charge high fees and percentages.
Considering Wise online bank, but unsure if this is a significant amount for the first transaction. Which online bank is suitable for receiving such an amount? Best way to convert to euros with minimal fees? Wise allows 200€ cash withdrawal monthly, but unsure about the cost of sending money to my SEPA account or if there are any limits.
Can anyone perhaps recommend a different online bank for receiving dollars and converting them to euros without extra fees?
