Best place in EU for a trust for privacy

I want to start a trust to hide my ownership and involvement in a company (Not being the UBO or director etc.)

Do you have any ideas of cheap countries in the EU or good companies (in EU) to create such a setup?

What I've seen so far is over 10.000 euros for set up which is a bit much for this purpose.
Anything else to think about when using a professional trustee?

I assume the company is in the EU. Would it not make sense to set up the trust outside EU then? Bahama's is cheap.

Trusts and Foundation are not cheap regardless of where they are set up.
