We are years late to save you both, but no, run away from BBCincorp. We were their client and they attempted to scam us

What we can happily share is that they were making up fees, and it's reasonable to assume they are trying that across all their jurisdictions.

They did actually complete the setup of the company, it was some time later that the price gouging and fake fees routine began. The place is a trap.
