why don't you try estnoia ? they have 0% corporate tax for undistributed dividends , i.e as long as the money remains in the company , there's no tax ! also banks in estonia open remotely if you can get e-residency !! 'Polish tax sounds great for non residents.

They speak english well, 1450 is cheap for EU bank account for LP in normal and cheap bank there you dont need to pay 100 euro per month or 70 euro per transfer
