Company setup, pay independent contractors easy?

Hello! Im living as a digital nomad.
Now I have got to the point that I need a different company setup with easy ways to pay independent contractors...
Can I find any company setup that doesn't need me to fill several different documents to pay a independent contractor?
As im living right now I almost dont pay any taxes at all...
What is my choices?
I dont have any problems at all to pay corporation tax at maximum 10%..
Because of how I live right now I have 0% income tax.

one of the best solutions for this purpose is an Estonian company:

1. 0% CIT if you don't distribute dividends (20% applies only when you distribute).
2. No (withholding) taxes on payments to independent contractors abroad.
3. Easy and cheap to incorporate and manage (literally everything can be done digitally)
4. EU company (reputable)
