Hello, a frend of mine whants to know what do you think about creating invoices and contracts with fakes companies, from jurisdictions with a closed registry (real offshore company, with bank account, invoicing duck company)? Could bank check registry, or ask for docs of second company (e.g. certificate of incorporation)?

Usually they only ask for invoices from legit companies they may be able to lookup at a public registry. So if you incorporate the businesses say in Somalia or some Banana jurisdiction where there is no registry public, you will get troubles with the bank.

Incorporate a lot of UK corps, it's easy and cheap to do so. You can even do it with darks.

Once you created a UK company that will not trade with any other UK companies, could you keep it dormant but still use it to trade (bank account will be located in another country)?
or is it better to declare it as active and then fill the micro company account ?
I think the result is more or less the same UK taxman will not really care, what's your view on this?
