Is it possible to open a foundation in Cyprus? I heard it is, as well read a lot about something like a Cyprus foundation not sure if I got it correct can some one spot light please?

I learned they don't have a foundation type - they have a FUND but it is not the same as what we know from Panama, Seychelles, St. Kiits and so.

Depends on what goals you want to achieve. a Cyprus trust does not offer the same level of privacy as a Seychelles Trust do but more than for instant a BVI trust!
