Cyprus or offshore bank account for small business what's best?

Should I open a Cyprus bank account or offshore? what's better for a small business? I'm doing only 30k euro / year not much but enough for me.

Well, it depends very much on what you try to archive, for most a Cyprus bank account will do it prefectly while for others it's better with a real offshore bank account for instant in Mauritius or St. Vincent.

Can one offshore company have 2 or 3 bank accounts in different country?

Yes a offshore company can has as many bank accounts (offshore and onshore) as they want.

Can you help open other offshore accounts for Seychelles and Cyprus company? would be great to have one to do all if you know what I mean?!
